Support can include advert screening, seller enquiries, comparisons, viewing coordination, negotiation assistance and arranging independent surveys and machinery inspections. Once you choose a boat, we can help plan the handover, delivery and familiarisation, subject to location and availability.

Our Spain service enquiries extend beyond Jávea / Xàbia and Dénia to the whole mainland coastline and the Spanish islands. We begin with your brief and the location of the purchase or project, then agree how remote research, personal attendance and specialist support should be combined.

- Discuss the brief. Agree intended use, location, budget, timescale and the help you need.
- Agree the instruction. Confirm deliverables, fees, expenses and who can approve decisions.
- Research and compare. Review suitable options or project proposals and identify missing information.
- Arrange the checks. Coordinate appropriate specialists and keep findings visible before commitment.
- Plan completion. Help organise approved purchases, delivery, documentation and handover arrangements.
You approve purchases and project changes. Payments to sellers and contractors normally remain between you and the appointed supplier.
Spain concierge questions
Do I have to be in Spain?
No. Research, seller enquiries and project reporting can begin while you are abroad. Physical attendance is scoped separately.
Do you sell the items you recommend?
Our role is agreed at the outset. Buyer representation, a supplier introduction and a trade purchase through BuyAnyBoat are different arrangements. Any commercial interest or supplier remuneration relevant to your instruction will be explained.
Can you guarantee a berth or completion date?
Berths, yard schedules, transport and delivery dates must be confirmed by the responsible providers. We help obtain and organise that information so you can make an informed decision.
How are fees charged?
We propose fees against a defined scope. A research brief, a viewing assignment and ongoing owner representation require different amounts of work. Travel, specialist fees and third-party costs are identified separately.
Can I ask for something outside the listed categories?
Yes. Tell us what you need and why. We will assess whether we can add useful expertise and agree an appropriate service.
